Welcome to Day 7 of the Summer Challenge – heat.
This is the final workout in the series of the week. You now just need to follow the set schedule for the entire week, and then just repeat the week again for the rest of June to see amazing results!
This routine is focused on the legs – slimming and toning the leg area, focusing on the inner and outer thighs.
