Paneer Masala Curry & Whole Wheat Naan
For Naan-
2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp powder sugar
2 tbsp milk powder
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp curd
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 sachet eno fruit salt
3/4 cup milk or as required
Nigella seeds/ Kalonji

For Paneer Masala Curry
1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 green cardamom
1/2 star anise / ful chakri(optional)
half-inch cinnamon stick
4 Kashmiri red chilies (seedless)

2 onions
2 tomatoes
1″ ginger
6 garlic cloves

2 -3 tbsp oil
pinch of asafoetida
1 Bayleaf
Salt to taste
250 g Paneer
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp ginger Juliens
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
